Layda is passionately invested in the values of nurturing creative outcomes and the fostering of unique collaborations between different academic, artistic, non-profit, hybrid and applied industrial communities both locally and internationally to break down social barriers and seed the benefits of creative innovation. She is a trans-disciplinary Innovation Design Specialist, Project Manager, Human Computer Interaction Researcher, and Interactive Media Artist with a career spanning disciplines and communities. Layda has worked professionally in the UK, Sweden, Argentina, Germany and the USA in media arts, research, media development, start-ups, social software, and e-commerce. Past collaborations with architects, designers, computer scientists, artists, engineers, urban planners, academia, and the Startup innovation community attest to Layda’s commitment to an art of reflection.

Our co-founder, Simon Luke, CTO, is seasoned software developer and strategic leader, bringing over a decade of experience in driving technology projects to successful completion. Her passion lies in crafting scalable solutions and leading cross-functional teams to exceed expectations. He is proficient in full-stack development, with a keen eye for front-end design and back-end efficiency, skilled in a variety of programming languages including JavaScript, Python, and C#.
